Internship application deadline is February 28th. Summer missionary interns and trainees serve full-time for seven weeks: training to evangelize and teach children (two weeks), teaching clubs, and serving as counselors at all weeks of Camp Good News. Some weekend commitments required for church presentations and/or camp setup. Clubs take place around the county and interns are responsible for getting to starting locations each day. Internships are paid positions, dependent on support partner raising. Trainee Intern (training focused on teaching and storytelling except for Bible lessons) -- minimum age 14 by April 1st Missionary Intern -- minimum age 16 by June 1st County CEF Committee makes the final determination on which level internship to place the candidate based on maturity and experience.
